Meet Dr. Deborah Miller, MD
Dr. Miller is a board-certified Otolaryngologist specializing in Head & Neck Surgery, providing expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. She completed her residency and internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, where he received advanced training in comprehensive ENT care.
A graduate with highest honors from UTMB School of Medicine (MD), Dr. Miller brings a strong academic foundation to his clinical practice. She also earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Virginia Tech, reflecting his well-rounded approach to patient health and wellness.
Dr. Miller is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the Texas Medical Association (TMA), staying current with the latest advancements in ENT care and surgical techniques.
With a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based treatment, Dr. Miller is dedicated to helping patients across Webster, Clear Lake, and the Greater Houston area achieve lasting relief from ENT conditions, including sinus disease, hearing loss, thyroid disorders, and head and neck concerns.
Meet Dr. Chester Strunk, MD
Dr. Chester Strunk is a dual board-certified specialist in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and Pediatrics, offering expert care for both adult and pediatric ENT conditions. With extensive training from Baylor-affiliated hospitals in Houston, Dr. Strunk brings decades of advanced clinical experience to the diagnosis and treatment of complex ear, nose, and throat disorders.
A respected Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) since 1985, Dr. Strunk has played a long-standing role in educating future ENT physicians while continuing to provide high-level patient care. His commitment to excellence extends beyond medicine through his distinguished service as a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.
Dr. Strunk is actively involved in leading professional organizations, including the American Neurotology Society, American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), and the Texas Medical Association (TMA), ensuring he remains at the forefront of advancements in ENT and neurotology care.
With a focus on comprehensive, evidence-based treatment, Dr. Strunk is dedicated to serving patients throughout Webster, Clear Lake, and the Greater Houston area with exceptional expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT care.
